I ordered svc off-road this week - eta 4-6 weeksfor those that are so inclined, what is your plan for adding a steel bumper (with or without winch). What vendors are you looking at and what all is involved with replacing the standard bumper?
Correct. Although, I don’t know if that’s a thing. Just wondering. Maybe someone else will chime in.IDK? As in no air getting to brakes?
is that the Baja style bumper? I like that. Wondering how difficulty it’s going to be to deal with the tow hooks from the OEM plastic bumper.I ordered svc off-road this week - eta 4-6 weeks
Aftermarket heated seats not a problem but I would like heated steering wheelBase 4DR Sasquatch with the 2.3 here. The only thing that I'd really add is heated front seats!!! The stereo is not the best, but neither is the B&O from other reports. Certainly doesn't sound like it was worth all of the upgrade charges. Also wish there was an independent bass sub upgrade for the base model!!
Well, here's what I do. I look at things make choices and then ask questions from people I'm buying the product from. With regards to engineering and performance on vehicles I own, I talk to service managers at dealers and, I have friends in the industry who work at a couple major auto makers and I ask them. Try to obtain all the info you can as opposed to just buying stuff. It's amazing how much you can screw up your vehicle by making a decision based on how something looks.Correct. yes…I’ll let u know when I install it…based on the pics it should be okis that the Baja style bumper? I like that. Wondering how difficulty it’s going to be to deal with the tow hooks from the OEM plastic bumper.
Had no idea I could move the keypadYes it was easy, battery operated and no wires. I used a piece of fishing line and starting on one end worked it up and down between the adhesive backing and door. Once I got about a 1/4 of the way through enough came that I used my fingers to take it off the rest of the way.
Only a little bit of residue remained and a solution of warm water / Dawn took cleaned that off quickly.
There was plenty of sticking power on the key pad too. After cleaning the inside of the fuel door with the same warm water / dawn solution I dried it with a hairdryer and stuck the keypad back on.
Well I will let you know if it screws something up. But so far I haven’t had any overheated brakes yet. But if I do I will be sure and let all you know not to buy them.Well, here's what I do. Icon (as everyone probably knows), runs a similar wheel with slots. I really like the cap and haven't seen this (the cap) from wheel manufacturer.Well I will let you know if it screws something up. https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/thre...izes-offsets-bolt-pattern-center-bore-.11893/Are you sure the factory rim has 55 mm offset?
FYI, I have a set of big bend wheels and they are marked 55mm.
