They don’t offer 33s on BD.
I’m betting you can at the dealership or another local tire shop.. it doesn’t necessarily need to come from factory with 33s- it would be nice but not necessary

Big O Tires, Discount Tire, Tire Rack, Sears ... do. ??

I know, I did that with my truck. But I want the rear end BL puts with the 33s. Plus I really like the headlights and so many other options like suspension that the BL comes with.

7,000 out of over 230,000 pre sold in Y1, and likely well over a million sold in 5 years. Yes this will be something people want.
I still don't think your line of thinking is in the same context of this poll but if you want to keep it under 1,000 miles and put it in storage, sure, in 15-20 years someone may make you a nice offer

And even then, it will be a horrible return on an investment. You could take the same amount of money and buy an equivalent of 1oz gold Eagles. Those Eagles would yield a better return in 15 years than a FE Bronco.

What I am waiting to determine is if the 2-door BD is really worth $7k more than the Base. Or will the Base be able to come close to or better than the BD using that $7k on Ford and/or AM steel front/rear bumpers, rock rails, upgraded bash plate, aux switches and bigger/better tires? And other accessories or mods.

You still aren't going to have a locking rear diff on the Base at that point so I guess it really comes down to if you're going to be doing the sort of off-roading that requires it.

The BD also includes the Mud/Ruts and Rock Crawl G.O.A.T modes but we don't have a lot of mud here in AZ and since I am getting the MT it already has a Rock Crawl gear.

I personally see no value to the Mid package and the floor plugs and Marine grade seat material aren't factors to me either.

So can I live without a locking rear diff? I guess I still have 4 months to decide.

Base-Squatch or Black Diamond w automatic. Leaning toward Base-squatch with 2.7 but we shall see what build and price tells us.

I’ve thought about Wildtrak too but would have to upgrade to leather because Ford cloth seats suck. Then there’s the carpet.....
I really don’t want carpet, but may have to compromise. Sticker shock may get the best of me.

Are you keeping the super duty or getting rid of it for Bronco? If i don’t get a Bronco, i’ll trade in my f-150 for a 7.3 tremor.

Buying an FE as an investment will probably be more profitable than buying Ford stock.

My lease on the 4Runner is up next June.

BLACK DIAMOND!!??

This thread is a perfect example of the difference between the price and the value of an item.

2.5% of people find the FE to be the best value/bang for their buck.

Looks like Ford has got everyone finding the sweet spot for their money’s worth ??

Ya’ll might be into something with the outer banks. I didn’t realize it included the mid package and the automatic as standard. It’s 5,400 more than the Big Bend but those 2 options alone are probably 4-5K. That 12” screen would be sweet for the wife but I’ll have to build out both and compare what seems to be the best value.

But Ford stock pays a dividend.... if it stays at 6%, you'll double your money in 12 years.
Unless the share price continues to drop like it has the past 6 years.

I think it’s the black diamond, which I have reserved at this point, but depending on what the numbers look like once it comes time to order I might find myself in a badlands or a wildtrack
