How to check transmission fluid on a sealed tranny?

Hi All. took a little bump in the rear, enough to cause a new radiator to be installed after pushing me into another vehicle! Where do you check transmission fluid on a sealed tranny? Cooler leaked out now I have a code. Any Help?

Above the pan rail passenger side I believe.

take a look thanks, dealer said under shift linkage but didn't locate it! I guess a dipstick is to easy!

Driver's side.
Near the rear corner, above the pan is an 19mm plug.
It feels like it is on with 350 ft/lbs. of torque mainly due to not a lot of room for a ratchet wrench to loosen it.
Inside/under it is a plastic dipstick that fits in the hole.
Numerals that are difficult to see without bifocals on there.
Cold level should be at about the first round dot numeral ( I think it is 6?).

Video I found states it is a 19mm. And now I remember that is correct.
It also states to check it hot, at operating temps.
NOT Bronco specific, but same trans.

I assume you have to check it while it’s running also.?

Yes....and at temp. You will definitely want to wear a thick long sleeved shirt or you will burn your arm reaching in to grab the dipstick (it's actually a dip toothpick size). I tested this for you and learned a lesson.

You can edit your original post to correct the 18mm reference.
