These were being delivered in IL yesterday. At Victor Ford this carrier dropped off a 4 door soft top for a customer. 2 door with MIC was on it’s way to another dealer.

Blue sticker, interesting. This may have been a dealer demo that has been stuck at DM for the past who knows how many months now.

Well dealer demos are obviously the highest priority builds.

Nah..Wasn't anything to shoot footage of really.
While I was there I didn't see movement, but the security guard who tried to run me off told me they ARE moving them today, and have been every day this week.
From what I could see, no discernable reduction in numbers..BUT....I think they are pulling them from the BACK of the lot where I can't see.
And that WOULD make sense as far as FIFO goes.
Start at the BACK of the lot and fill it moving forward.
And start repairing by moving them off the back of the lot first.


After the last two Sundays paying the "mountain" a visit I am still confident they are making progress even though it is hard to see from the road.

So, just doing the Junior Data Nerd thing, I found that there have been 12 MIC tops on DM change status in the top 50 names on the list. Below that on the list there have been 8 changes. 1.5X as many changes in the first 10% or so.

So, while they obviously aren't going down the list, {that CO-Bronco was good enough to compile}, sequentially, it is apparent that the pobabilitity of having a change in status is much higher the earlier you are on the list. So, while FIFO may or may not be strictly true* it does appear to be in line with that in the overall trend.

*Keep in mind that we do not have the data that Ford does and we do not know what order they went in.

Agreed.
we are only doing as good as OUR data allows.
And we all know we have a small part of this bigger picture figured out.
The rest is pure speculation.

No window sticker for me today ... the other trackers still work ..... no release date, which is supposed to be the big one, meaning it has cleared QC 100% and is now in the hands of shipping.... supposedly.

Might be an interesting next couple of days.... or just some more let down. LOL

Another interesting review of the data shows 8 out of the first 35 have changed status in two weeks for 24%. Presumably there may be some people in there who simply haven't reported a change either. So it could be at a higher rate.

.... window sticker is back up and updated with TODAYS date (Sunday, Sep 19th) which is a variance as my weekly update was always Tue/Wed.

No time to do a comparo to my earlier sticker at the moment.... gotta cook some pork chops. lol
