So, I've got a complaint, and its probably because I have a 7MT - does anyone else think the console lid is too thick to shift comfortably? I realized this the other day, and figured "why not try shifting with the console lid up?"

Guess what, try it, it is actually pretty awesome. My elbow falls naturally, and I don't have to kink up my whole arm or chicken wing it. Why is the lid as thick as a brick? It's probably the lock, which I'd happily get rid of for a simple, thin lid. I don't want to raise the seat, that'd just give me worse vision.

Anyone else?

Yeah a bit lower would be a more comfortable shift.

They have avaiable other ball colors, engraving colors, even a pattern of the front headlights for between the gear numbers.

Y‘ALL JUST STOP IT! STOP IT RIGHT NOW!!!

I’m sitting here all tied in knots because y’all are……. are……. Shift Shaming me!:sick::ROFLMAO:

All of you big burly stick shifting…… PEOPLES!!! are making me and all of the auto trans drivers feel very bad.

I mean, I have other things to do with my right hand, like hold on to my fancy coffee, or text on my phone and post pics for my followers, all 16 of them, but I’m getting free stuff sent to me, so there!

Too much? Well, you guys have point with the console being a bit big. I do enjoy leaning on it at times, but definitely have noticed that it seems extra large and can get in you guys way.

Ok, ok, I’m gone, just like peeking in on the Bronco Ultras on occasion. :)

All I noticed with the lid is the engineers got the ergonomics wrong. Every other mechanism to open a center console armrest I’ve ever had is pull up with your fingers to open. Som genius decided he would be different and have people push their fingers in.

…and you want to be my product designer…
