That link doesn't seem to work.
Also I'm not sure what you mean by the gas cap button. None of the broncos have a gas cap button on the headlight switch, or anywhere else.
Hmmm, link works on my end. It's from Ford parts distributer. Some people were shipped the wrong part that had a trunk and gas button instead of mirror lights.

Oh okay I see. I wasn't aware of that, but could explain the wrong part description.

Received my M2D-Z11654-BA:
32DD9DEA-7082-4959-A8CB-BAC342C93C2D.jpeg

I plan to hook up the Baja SAE Squadrons to front and eventually find a rear bumper that I like with additional reverse lights for the rear fogs.
Can you do a tutorial - I want to do the exact same thing

AC switch doesn’t have the puddle or spot lights.

You would need DC for Lux package with front fogs only.

Don’t worry about the description on the website. It’s incorrect. AC and DC both are with blind spot.
I purchased the switch, installed it, and made the Forscan updates. Everything works great. I will use the fog light switch to auto turn off my Baja Design driving lights when the high beams are off.

Thank you for your help on switch selection.

Correct. All factory wiring. Both lights combined are 80 watts, 40 per side. So about 6 amps total

Just an update... So instead of buying cheap 14watt fogs, I canceled that order in purchased cheap 50w fogs ($25)

Each one drew less than 1 amp (think it was like 0.57 amps. So for less than $35 (with adapters) I was able to fill in the holes on my aftermarket bumper.

The DT 2-Pin version is used on lights such as the Diode Dynamics SS3 (without backlight), Rigid D-Series, KC HiLITES Flex, etc...

The WP 2-Pin version is used on Baja Designs S1, S2, Squadron lights.

We're expecting these AROUND May 16th and you'll get a pair of these.
Will any of these work with the Morimoto 4Banger?

Unfortunately, a few really helpful posts in this thread were lost with d2dhanover's account being deleted. Some info provided that was really helpful and is no longer in this thread was some info on the plug for the existing factory fog wire harness tucked under the bumper shackle. It has an existing cap/plug end that is being used to keep the end water poof, and it can be re-used to connect the fog light to the factory harness. Looks like this:

Ballinger Motor Sports carries the parts (male pins and seals) needed to convert the existing cap into a usable water proof connection.

The males pins are: CONN-100986

The seals are: CONN-56057

I know this might be long shot since its so long ago but do you know if this pigtail will work with fogs with bare wires on the ends?

Sorry there's like 57 pages and I scrolled through several, anyone have instructions on how to swap the headlight panel to one with the fog switch.

Any screws i need to watch out for when pulling panels off?

Again sorry if its already explained

I purchased a switch with front and rear fog light switches, but it doesn’t have the puddle light switches. I thought I could swap the puddle light module on my existing switch into the new one, but the circuit board doesn’t have the correct connection.

If anyone is looking to upgrade to the fog light switches and doesn’t have puddle lights on your Bronco, I’m willing to sell this switch. I originally paid around $85 for it after taxes and shipping. I’m willing to give someone a deal for this.

I have been going blind scrolling through the 56 pages. Has anyone shown how the actual wiring plugs into the new switch panel? I added my own fogs to my base bronco that did not come with any. And want to take them off the aux switch. To me the road legal fogs don’t need a spot on my up fitters.

Finally. Done. Got the front fog light switch going to a pair of amber lights in the front. I added the diode dynamic reverse pod bracket with ssc1 pros. The wiring ties into factory tail/brake reverse lights so when my headlight are on, the red backlight is on low. When I hit brakes, the red gets brighter. When I put it in reverse, the white comes on in full power (zone lighting also turns them on). The kicker is that there’s a separate trigger input to turn on the white lights without being in reverse. I tapped into the white/blue wire in the door sill and ran that to the trigger wire. So I can turn on the white lights without being in reverse by hitting the rear fog light button. And the front/rear fog light icons on the dash work as expected.

It is confirmed if you have the front sensors you have the foglight wiring. I just verified the it exists on my Badlands the passenger side and the wire insulation color matches. Does any of the after market lights have a compatible connector? if not it should not be too hard to make a jumper.

thanks. I found it, but how did you manage to release the plug from the bumper. It's too tight and I fear I might break something.
