If you have the fogs off - cornering will work when headlights are on and at low speeds (something like 20mph, I don’t know the exact speed - it may be that it goes off the same speed trigger as auto high beams). Only a slight wheel turn is required
What is the Forscan setting for this? The spreadsheet confuses me...my wife says I am easily confused :)

I used the Rough Country amber/ spot lights. Both sides wired together but it does use 2 upfitter switches, one for amber fog/ running lights and one for the white spots. Look it up on YouTube……I bet it’s been done before

It’s been a while and I’ve had a few beers and no active Forscan license to go look it up. Seems like it was available in the user-friendly section (the one where you don’t have to key in hex values directly)

Has anyone purchased a replacement fog light switch for 2024 and if so was it a 2024 part or did previous years switch work?

There is no "easy button" and I need to go thru as built...here is what confuses me. There seems to be multiple options for cornering, but it is not clear which I use.

BTW, sorry for the additional post; I want to thank 4x4TruckLeds for the lighting kit for the bumper and the mount for the light bar. I think it came out well.

I activated the factory switch, activated dash lights for fogs, activated Bambi mode and really need help with settings for cornering.

Yeah that's confusing as all get out. I'll see if I can get another 30-day license and see how mine are set for you, or if it will just load my save file and let me peak.

I ~think~ I did it in all 4 spots - but will try to confirm for you. I bolded what I mean by 4 spots above

I can also say - for Fog light cornering to work:

Your fog lights have to be off, and you have to be going at slow speeds (under the speed for auto-high beams, not sure what the cutoff is). If you have your fog lights on, they will just stay on. It is pretty sensitive on the steering wheel too.

Gotta steal the ODB adapter from my son to get my own setting, can't figure out how to load a file with Forscan

With plastic bumper factory fog lights, it was meh and I wished I hadn't fooled with it. When I upgraded to some DD Fogs that have some wide-angle dispersion - yeah... there it works extremely well.

Using the latest version of Forscan (2.3.59), here's what I got.

There is an easy toggle if you use the "easy mode" (some of the ECMs have 2 options, "As Built" which is the hex side, or just the name, which takes you into Easy Mode)

If you go into the manual key settings, here are my values for 726-39 and 726-42 (I wouldn't copy the entire thing, look at the masks you have copied above and only change those bits)

Hopefully a clarification/addition to what has been posted.

This fog cornering thing is confusing, but with minimal trial and error I got it working. What I wanted was fogs to operate with the switch manually, but also when the switch is off to illuminate the inside fog light when turning and regardless of any turn signaling. Digits mean changed values (from my '23 Raptor), NC means no changes and x means can be anything and do not change. This is consistent with the main link and spreadsheet here (and posts above), but I think these instructions are more clear than the spreadsheet.

UPDATE: Both turn signals and steering wheel turn activate the inside fog light with the settings above.

Quick update for folks like me (mid package, mod bumper) without the fog light wiring: The wiring definitely goes to C203 but ends there. It’s above the driver wheel well and easy to get to if you remove the trim, four screws, and one plug (center top).

I looked carefully at the housing and saw that pins 43/48 come in but don’t have corresponding pins on the departure (towards the front) side. So I cut them and wired them to butt connectors.

I ran out of grounding wire but will finish tomorrow.

These may help someone. The documentation says the wire is brown but it’s grey with brown stripe, position 43. That’s for the left fog. The right fog light is yellow with orange stripe, position 48. Both are 16 gauge wires.
