I wonder what would happen if you took off the fenders instead of just the fender flares
Removing the outer fender skin still keeps the fender there or what you might call the inner fender. The skin is just bolted to the frame. Easy to remove but what is left isn't particularly pretty.I wonder what would happen if you took off the fenders instead of just the fender flares
Been pulled over for rubber outside fender/flare. Definitely laws here in Utah. No more yearly state inspections here but was issue at one point. Always wondered why is it ok for trucks to run bedless or semis with no trailers rolling down highway but my sidewall outside fender/flare got fix it ticket.Around here it just depends on whether it's the front or the back fenders. Remove the front fenders and you will get a ticket for operating an unsafe vehicle on the highway. Remove the complete bed from your truck and no one even notices.
Another protected class here are classic license plated cars like T-buckets and roadsters that have no fender whatsoever.Been pulled over for rubber outside fender/flare.
