Before this thread devolves into a Q-filled idiotfest....

I think what OP was trying to point out is that the $2500 thing is no longer floating around on fan sites like this one, and other automotive-related sources. Fox, no matter which way you vote, is a big news site, and having it reported there is a not-so-insignificant amount of egg on Ford's face. One that I'm sure they would prefer to keep egg-free.

comments such as this - regardless of "side" are baseless opinions guised as facts. No one of us is culturally objective, and we would all do well to leave that stuff enough alone. Opinions on specific news orgs "integrity" are categorically unrelated to the intent of the thread. (touché on me - saving the internet... again)

Good on any news org for reporting this. I hope they all pick it up!
