Did you call Homeland security (TSA) yet? Those bag tags will have exactly who they are. SEA has some very sophisticated cameras all over and ONT is a smaller airport, so they would be easy to pickup.

Easiest piece to the puzzle is the bag tag information.

If you can zoom in the bag tag number, that will be what they need, not sure the barcode will be any good since it's a picture.

See if you have more pictures of the bag tags. They will have First Initial and full last name.

Oh no I had a guy contact me after the fact (dealer) and he was stuck at sky harbor who flew in from Vegas the same morning I bought it. They ghosted him and thanked me for buying it as he was gonna drive it alone back to Vegas. Wish he beat me to it. If I was to guess a few people probably did fly in.
