I may do this. Just store it outside But I will probably just put it on a dolly and roll into the garage. Ceilings are too low for a pulley system being a basement level garageI set it in the grass next to the driveway lol.

I wonder if we could make a top out of lego?Gotta say it,
Mine is stored in digital blueprint only as it is modular painted. Now if I had the blueprint and a big enough 3D printer....
My ceiling is only at 7'-9 1/2", here's a shot with the bronco underneath. It'll be a bit tight for driving & maneuvering under to put the top back on (will be a bit better with non-sas), but storing is no problem. This is probably the way I will go. Just worried that my garage ceilinf ia too low. It's only 8 feet.
I love this setup. Do you know how far down is the bottom of the top from the ceiling with the middle roof panel on it? Is your garage a 9' garage? Thanks!I use the same garage ceiling hoist I used for my JK top. I got it on amazon, but they don't seem to be available currently. Zip tied pool noodles to the bottom of the lift. Remove top fastners using handy Bronco tools.. Lower the lift on top, run straps under and snug. Place front panels on top of lift, and crank it up. I use a drill. Removing the top is a one man job.

Just watched a video on this. Easy and cheap. I was looking into the harken hoist. But it looks way more difficult to install than it needs to be.I plan on doing mine the same way I do my Jeep top. Takes about 15 min to get it off and about the same to get it on.
Can’t say I’ve ever seen a 2 door I thought looked good, but that FE with the Bestop looks great. My ceiling is only at 7'-9 1/2", here's a shot with the bronco underneath. I added the video I got the idea from. I was looking at the Harkin as well until I found that idea and it’s much easier I think.Just watched a video on this. Easy and cheap. I was looking into the harken hoist. But it looks way more difficult to install than it needs to be.
Doesn't work on the 2 Door, the cross bar is too close to the back of the top.RollNJack works great and stores over the hood when you pull back into the garage. Works even if you have the cargo enclosure. https://www.amazon.com/RollnJack-Hard-Removal-Lift-Jeeps/dp/B08BP5KDHG/ref=sr_1_2?crid=1MYSXXA0WQ1RW&keywords=rollnjack&qid=1644420702&sprefix=rollnjack,aps,83&sr=8-2
I did this for one of my EB's hardtop and it's still in use. I used 2, 2x2s with eye bolts on each end. I ratchet strapped up to eye bolt lags that are screwed into the ceiling joists.Anyone do this? This looks hella easy to install. And for $30 all in, price can't be beat.
I understand they are working on a solution for the 2 door.Doesn't work on the 2 Door, the cross bar is too close to the back of the top.
