This comes from my dealer, and has been confirmed from several posts by users saying how many reservations their dealers have and their allocations. Apparently Ford thought this would make it fair between all dealers and their reservation holders.
Ford, wait just a minute there...
This might be fair if reservation holders and when they made their reservations were spread evenly across all dealers.
I can see certain dealers having a disproportionate number of early reservation holders. (Granger, Stephens, etc.), meaning that more than 2/3 of their reservation holders will not be included in this initial allocation.
You then add in those dealers that have explicitly stated that they will manipulate the system to protect their current reservation holders, by putting reservations that transfer to them after a certain date, regardless of their reservation date, to the back of the order line...
And you've got a cluster fuck of the biggest proportions!!!
