Larger gas tank or extra fuel options

Loving the Bronco but would really like to have a longer range. Are there any tank upgrades or replacements available or in the works? I can't help but dream of getting a much larger tank or a second one that is easy to use like the in the old days of dual tanks.

Spelling word of the day: dual.

If I ever decide to do a trip where I might need a lot more gas, I plan to bring a couple of 5 gallon jerry cans and carry them on a rack on the roof. Yeah, it will be a bit more top-heavy, but I won't worry about that as long as I'm not getting any big lean angles.

There really isn't a place to put a bigger tank unless it's inside or hanging somewhere outside.

You can get a pickup with one of those gas pumps in the back to follow you around.

Jerry cans are your only option but are a PITA to use due to the dumb little filling spout that ford provides. Have tried several other screw on spouts that didn’t work other than pouring gas all over. I don’t believe anyone has a larger tank in the works as of now.

How do you use your Bronco? You won't be able to get a bigger one underneath, or at least not one significantly larger, without losing ground clearance. I'm not aware of anyone making larger fuel tanks for under the vehicle.

There are a number of jerry can designs to fasten to the outside of the vehicle. Or you could build a trailer and keep extra fuel in the trailer.

This is going to be the only thing I miss when I trade in my F150. The 36 gallon tank is amazing! Especially when it's 0 degrees out in the dead of Winter.

We don’t have a solution for a large auxiliary gas tank, but we do make our Hammer Built tailgate reinforcement to carry up to a 3 gallon rotopax fuel can!

just kidding....it's 16 gallons like everyone elses....or is it?

this is how much the pumps are off folks. (they steal 10%)

cause there is NO way I fit nearly 19 gallons in her.

Went with these guys https://ai13.us/collections for a RotoPax spout and its worth every penny. They have a few options, not sure if they have something that would work with a true jerry can though since i've never used one.
