One of the threads from Granger said that they are slowly rolling out the emails to avoid call center delays:Strange how some people have emails and some don’t, do we know if this is even legit?
I know I sound insane but why the delay.
Not panicking about my order or anything but this Is odd.

These communications are being staggered throughout the first few weeks of August to ensure a smooth customer experience with our call center.
