I'm sure they have to because people stack floor mats and don't anchor them properly. Toyota got sued when a dealer stacked them in a loaner vehicle and the driver's mat trapped the accelerator down. Unfortunately, the customer didn't know how to shut down the vehicle with a push-button ignition and the whole family died in the ensuing wreck.The first thing I purchased was a set of floor mats and a cargo mat from Ruxer (vendor section).
