Welcome to a thread where I am certain to get a ton of witty quips but *hopefully* some practical suggestions as well. I went to park the Bronco in our carport last night and had every intention of keeping the top down. But then my wife pointed out, "You know there are birds in there, right?" The thought of coming out today to a poop-fest in the Bronco was less than appetizing.

So what have any on here done who have Jeeps? I don't really want to put the doors/roof back on every night in the middle of the summer.

Thanks in advance for your attempts at standup comedy ;)

It's janky as hell but I used to tarp and camping clip my Jeep to keep out pine needles and poop every night.

Fake owl mannequin...
Using the word "mannequin" around people who are still waiting for their own Bronco might not be a good idea...

That said, would this work? I've had a fake snake up there for years to no avail.

Oh boo hoo, woe is me! My pretty new Bronco nobody else has might get bird poop in it!

Jk that sounds like a conundrum I wouldn’t want to have, that cockpit cover looks like a good idea but I could see some kids slicing that just to be assholes.

Edit @TheJohnyBlue I forgot the quote:

I thought about this. Would it be easier than just raising the top? Would I scratch the paint putting on/taking off?

I hope someone else is the first guinea pig.

Didn’t really have a problem overnights with my blazer tops off, but I also didn’t park under trees. You still get the random poop hits, but cats were more of an issue. Let a tomcat get in there and mark his territory and you will leave the top off for awhile. I guess the cat would keep the birds out though. Carport will probably be fine with top down

I fully expected and probably deserve this.
