I am getting 16-17.5 depending on how I drive around town. On the freeway 17.5/18 is pretty average. Going over 70 starts knocking you down fast.
+1 according to the lie-o-meter (dash)
15.6 according to fuelly

I’m at 15.6 L/100 km - Maybe @Tricky Dick can convert this to “Beavers per 100 Hockey Pucks” for us on his abacus?

That’s with about a week and a half of driving. Also a decent amount of that has been in four-wheel-drive as well as remote starting it quite often and letting it idle.
Yeah...I'm not figuring out how much beaver your Bronco holds.

Cruise set to 80 from LA to Mammoth round trip 16.3. That includes driving around Mammoth for 3 days, entirely in a blizzard. The trip up we had a tail wind, the trip back a huge headwind. 3 people plus gear in the vehicle. I think it would be pretty easy to get 17+ with better conditions.

Ya I have not done a calculated test yet. I will try and do it on my next fill up.

Whys is the mileage so bad on the Broncos- especially Sasquatch? I know it's a brick in the wind, etc, etc. It seems Wranglers are getting better MPG? (Other than 4xe, which is altogether different being a hybrid). Is it the drive train, engine efficiency, etc?

My 97 Wrangler gets around 17-18 and I am running 31" tires on it without proper gearing. I always thought it was just the gas guzzling six, brick in the wind and it's also a 25 year old vehicle/technology. I thought the 2.3 or 2.7 would be more of a modern, efficient engine?

My Sas with 2.7 is schedule to be built week of Jan. 17 and with my long work commute and weekend driving and with gas at a predicted 4.00 a gallon it's going to cost me at least $385/month. Sadly I might not be able to keep it- my income ratio has steadily dropped since the 70's- when I was able to afford driving 70's Broncos around......

I really wanted the Bronco for retirement........

you can have it for retirement, aka no long commutes to work!
Buy a $3 or 4K VW tdi to commute, get 40ish mpg until you retire.

BAM, WIN WIN!

I know MPGs can vary a lot with driving type and on Wranglers/4runners people usually get way under what it says on the sticker. Curious to know what people are getting with the Sasquach since there's not a lot of data out there. Anyone get close to the 17 MPG that's it says on the sticker?
I got 196 miles on mine and getting 16.5 mpg it should get a little better as engine breaks in

I get 12.8/mpg on my FE 2-Door. This might be because I am driving very soft, no hard acceleration or breaking. Have not taken out on the highway yet and have 420 mile on the truck.

Just filled up or topped off and my truck says that I will get 214 miles before empty. I had been running 91 octane just added regular octane this time. All fill ups from Shell station.

We do alot of highway driving and have had in Eco mode mostly and cruise but averaging 18-19 mpg over 1200 miles in our Wildtrak.
That is looking pretty good (as long as you are not using Canadian gallons or the vehicle MPG esti-guesser)

almost 6k miles, mix of highway and city. The one thing have observed 100% of the time is that the mileage calculator in the Bronco is always wrong on the side of making you feel good. i calculate mileage manually and it is always 1-1.5 MPG lower than the dash.

That being said I average around 15.5, when i drive it hard around town i get down towards 14.

Highway if i stay under 70 i get around 17, when i drive on the toll roads and start pushing 75 and up it drops like a rock .

TLDR - mileage is exactly what you SHOULD expect, if you aren't ok with 15-17 this probably isnt the auto for you.
