Replaced rock rails with running boards

Our 1st edition is going to be my wife's daily driver. She needed the running Boards so she can get in safely! However, once we mounted the running board I didn't like the raw painted strip that showed holes Above the running boards. I took it to our local Linux they put bolts in the holes and sprayed the yellow strip with undercoding. I'm providing Before & After pictures..

Best fit for your needs … running boards are not rock sliders - two different purposes. If your sliders were for a two door I’d be after you to sell them!

I am doing the exact same thing for my wife's 4 dr Big Bend. Did you just order the step kit from Ford and what was the cost from them?

I ordered the factory ford running boards and they cost me 495.00. I will post up some photos with the install. Getting the big bend rust proofed/undercoated first. Also ordered the hitch today.

Yes, the running boards are from Ford. I'm not sure on the price..
