I have a good friend that has been interning there for a couple years while he finished school (he's hoping for full time after) and they have some cool stuff going on. Personally I love the look because it's something different, but I wont get an electric car until the range, charge time, and number of charging stations make it ridiculous not to.

I entertained the idea. I wouldn't want to solely rely on an electric vehicle but it would be an awesome second vehicle. But there are zero tax credits in my province. That ruled it out completely with the price tag.

I have been able to see the R1T in person and sit in it. I like what they did overall, it’s going to be a great option amongst the various electric trucks about to hit the market. A nice size for many who don’t need the full size electric F-150, Tesla Mars rover or Hummer EV. Very well thought out and has some design elements that seem so obvious it makes one wonder why Ford, GM, Toyota had not thought of them. Namely the side pass-thru where those hatch doors are also steps for roof/ front of bed access. The front headlight design is ugly and yet somewhat unique and will stand out.
