the BL has locking front and rear diffs. the main differences for 'squatch are the height of the suspension, tire/wheel upgrade to 35's and the software for trail turn, etc.
Not what the last brochure I have. It is only part of the Sasq according to the Ford Brochure I have.

Perhaps its' changed since this brochure. Or the brochure is wrong. I could stand to be corrected;)

The photo I uploaded lists the electronic locking front/rear as part of the package. To me that means without the package you don't get the locking f/r.

Sasquatch adds those features to any trim level. Badlands has them on it's own.

Thanks, so maybe the BL is not electronic? But manual and the Electronic locking is the upgrade part?

Badlands has the front and locking rear differential and sway bar disconnect.

Sasquatch package only adds the bugger tires, larger fender flares, and stiffer springs and shocks.

Badland is the most off road capable Bronco. Sasquatch just makes it taller.

And this is why the Squatch package for BL adds only around half the cost, compared to what it is on most other trims.

* tentative - based on the survey prices, of course
I haven't paid attention to pricing as I'm in Canada and it will all be different.

So im planning to at least TRY to get into offroading/overlanding. but there is a chance that wont really "stick" as a hobby.
The Badlands on stock 33" tires will be more than capable for most offroading.

If it does not stick, you'll be much happier with 33" tires as you can buy them in the softer riding load range P, sometimes called load range S tires, 35" tires are not.

That’s a little confusing, but you can get both 33s and 35s on both C and D load ratings, which are the two options you would get in this range. The new Terrain in 315 is a C rated tire, the same as the 33.
