I actually think that one of Granger's November reservations was already built. So it's random select at Ford.
That’s what I was alluding too. Logically he has no chance with his date but because constraints everything is up in the air.

I ran by our dealer the other day and saw that my priority code went from 19 to 13...anybody know if that’s good news? I also asked their MY21 allocation # and he said at the beginning it was 210 but went up about 30 and they had about 8 already either built or in the building process so hopefully with my September reservation for a 2 door Wildtrak I’ll see it like he thinks by the end of the year 🤞🏻

Maybe they are intentionally closing down the plant to hide behind the MIC problem. I know they kind of said that (waiting to ramp up MIC supply). But I could understand why CS would get a chuckle out of that.

I want to take delivery ASAP. Would really like to keep my MIC Top (I live in Chicago) that’s the only sin I have my order is 4 door BB 2.3 mid, with lockers reservation date of 7/28 order date 1/23. Any chance of getting a my21 without switching to a soft top. I am at a dealership that has about 40-50 orders and only 9 built to date 2 of which are their demos.

What’s the question? I dont work for ford or have a magic wand to assign your build date.

You know the answer but you don't wanna do it:

soft top

ETA: it's July. If you're built at the next available date you are looking at late August/early September optimistically. Set what you want.

Okay so Wildtraks with all the works are going to end up MY22’s as they’re basically a discount FE. So whats the EXACT date in September we have to go “re-order” our rides?
I am so totally glad that is not true! My Wildtrack has just about everyhing - MIC top, tow pkg, Lux, and I'm sure I missed something but anyway baring a train wreck or wrong turn at Alberquerque while heading to the west coast I should have mine in 2 1/2-3 weeks via rail!

My converted order was for dual tops
I should have done that too! Thought I was being smart by only gettinh the MIC now i'm wishing I did both since chances are it will be hot past September and maybe well into October!

We recently received communication for our Bronco allocation for the month of September. This could be helpful for you regardless of where you purchased your Bronco to get an idea on production flow.

To Recap

26 - Initial Allocation (+2 Mannequin Units)
43 - Second Allocation
5 - August production of First Editions (scheduled this week)
30 - September production (+1 mannequin unit)
107 Production commitment in total.

So we've received 104 of our 203 total retail orders allocated to us +3 stock/mannequin units.

That leaves 99 units of production left for the month of October and November in 2021. This makes sense with the increasing production rate of the plant and I've been reassured that we will get our entire 2021 allocation estimate production in 2021.

The final 3 months of production are going to be very FE heavy. We have 42 First Editions and have 9 total produced up until this point. So if you have sasquatch/lux package and not first edition, my uneducated guess is that the chances of your vehicle being produced is slim as a 2021 compared to another lower trim without those options. They are going to need to allocate a lot of those commodities to the FEs that need to be built. I've also been told if you are FE no need to worry about yours being produced in 2021, it will get built.
I’m just curious if any Wildtrak orders are in those numbers?

I’m #42 out of 106 allocations at my dealership, 7/14 reservation for a Wildtrak...and I’m hoping I will have a chance at being a 2021 model like they originally said.

If I calculated my dealerships numbers being close to half of yours at 106, then I’m thinking I could be a Sep or October date. LOL 😂 I’m trying to make myself believe this..lol! A while ago the GM told me that had 12 so far, that would have been their June I’m guessing based on when he told me that.
I’m probably all wrong about this & my calculations...lol! I’m sure they aren’t going exactly in order too...due to the constraints, etc!

My MADE UP calculations for my dealership allocations #’s! Hahaha... 😜😜😜😜 #wishfulthinking

You said that you were assured you’d get your full allocation but then said if you’re not an FE but have sas or lux that it’ll be slim to get a 2021. Well, which one is it?

Obviously it can be both for any dealer..…he has plenty of customer builds without Sas or Lux to fill out that allocation number for the year….

I think he means that Zach expects Granger will be getting their allocation of 203 units. It just won't be orders 1-203. Ford will skip builds they can't produce and move down their order list. A four door soft top Big Bend might be order #302 and get produced instead of Wildtrak order #110. That Big Bend would count as one of Grangers 203 allocations for 2021.
