No no, you got it backwards. You're supposed to swap the Mustang to a solid front axle. And put rear mounted turbos on the Tundra.

Solid axles are also going in my GTO (front and rear) and the twin turbos are going on wife's Murano.

2020 is gonna be FIRE.

Well unfortunately you're too late to get a First Edition unless somebody fails to take delivery, but the Premium or even the GT are still good choices. Unfortunately that means your SOL getting Grabber blue with the better looking front end.

I actually thought about buying that 73 about 8-9 years ago. I bought my Bronco instead. both of em had 460s in it. The mustang still pops up once in a while, not sure where it is now. I know it was housed in Des Moines for a few years, back when it was for sale around 2012. That picture there is from a video of it about 6 years ago.

iirc correctly it is on an F-250 frame. but is solid axles and 44s, with a 460.

I was going to mention that too, until I remembered the Rally Fighter is IFS. Don't want to start that debate here, too

Well, it is a rally car, and IFS tends to work best for that...don't think you'd see many arguments there. IFS better for high speed control, SFA for low speed technical and strength.

Ford confirmed that Grabber Blue will also be made available on the GT model before its release.

Correct, but the GT front end is not the better looking front end.
