Ford Bronco The ARB 4x4 Integrated Winch is now available for your Bronco build! 789713-5cce49d1fa228936b0820fd2df9b0128

We just launched a new winch, designed around how modern 4x4s are actually built and used. And if you're already running our Summit Winch Bumper, or have been eyeing one, this is the recovery setup you've been waiting for. Here's the full breakdown.

About the Winch
The new ARB winch is a compact, fully integrated recovery winch available in 10,000 lb and 12,000 lb ratings. It was built to handle the demands of modern, heavily equipped 4x4s. It features consistent power, smart heat management, and an easy install that works within the tight packaging of today's bumpers.

Check out the new ARB Winch here!

Top Features
  • 10k and 12k winch options
  • Electronics integrated directly into the winch housing, meaning no bulky external control box
  • 4-stage hardened steel gearbox for smooth, controlled pulling power under heavy load
  • Gearbox-mounted brake for 100% load holding and powered unspooling without damaging the winch
  • Synthetic rope is standard because it’s safer and easier to handle than steel cable
  • Dual connection remote with 2.4 GHz wireless up to 130 ft, plus a hardwired option up to 16 ft
  • IP68 rated for water and dust protection
  • Pre-wired connections for a clean and hassle-free install
What Sets It Apart
Ford Bronco The ARB 4x4 Integrated Winch is now available for your Bronco build! Bronco_winch_1

Most winches on the market haven't changed much in years, and while they get the job done, a few well-known pain points tend to show up when things get serious. Here's how we tackled them.

Heat is the first problem. On many winch designs, the brake sits inside the drum, which transfers heat directly into your rope. What this ends up doing is degrading your line and hurting performance. Because of this, we moved the brake into the gearbox, keeping it away from the drum entirely. Less heat on the rope means better durability and more consistent performance, pull after pull.

Electrical complexity is the second. A separate control box means more wiring, more connections, and more potential points of failure, especially in wet, muddy, or dusty conditions. We replaced it with a custom Albright contactor built directly into the winch, sealing everything into one compact, IP68 rated unit. Fewer connections means fewer things that can go wrong when you're already in a stressful situation. And the pre-wired connections mean installation is straightforward.

Performance drop-off is the third. Many winches start off strong at first, but tend to slow down as they heat up under load. Our 4-stage hardened steel gearbox and tuned 12V motor work together to maintain consistent pulling power and line speed through extended recoveries.

Can this work with Ford Steel modular bumper? I am assuming I would need an aftermarket winch plate and relocation kits for the camera and ACC.

Some of your pictures show the brake lever on the "front" of the winch, while the pics on the site with the red Jeep show it on "top" (assuming the mounting holes are vertical). Can that endcap be clocked or adjusted to place the level where it best fits?

Also, where are these manufactured and/or assembled (if in a different place)?

Looking at the manual now, you can rotate it by removing four bolts

If you compare it feature wise to a Warn direct comparison, it’s way cheaper.
Yah but you can get a Taiwan made Come Up winch for a few hundred more. I don't want stupid features, I want a robust and simple tool that lasts.
