Below are the part numbers for the pins of C201 (for trailer brake output and running lights) but we'll need @flip to hook us up with the same info for C105 (for reverse lights circuit), if he'd be so kind.
Thank you I will be ordering. I am going to build a harness from front to back once I get everything and built I will post pictures and if enough interest I would offer to build them and send out. I'm sure you will need forscan as well. The trailer control module you would have to buy. Thanks for the info @flip and
I need to preface this by saying I don't have a used C105 and am going off one similar to C201. I believe the terminals to be Molex MX150 series. Top is one I pulled from the connector, bottom is a loose Molex we keep for repairs. Molex MX are che-e-eap and can be found almost anywhere in different quantities.

This is a WDP connector but they don't make their own terminals. A lot of companies will use terminals from TE, Molex, Yazaki, Delphi in their housings.

Thanks @flip and @VoltageDrop if i didnt get the info from here i was going to check my bronco this weekend to get the connectors. This way i can get everything on hand right away. I will be ordering I know I have molex on hand but have to check if correct ones. I am going to build a harness from front to back if enough interest I will consider building extras to be mailed out. Anyone interested of course would have to provide the trailer control module and forscan.

Yea, not sure why they aren't picking up power at the connector factory TT plug here. Just a matter of crimping on one blade terminal and sticking in the plug. I planned on picking up the the turn wires inside. Also mounting the converter on the outside and running wires back in?

I could be wrong, but one theory is that connecting to the specific battery terminal detailed in the instructions, somehow allows the computer to detect a trailer attached?

See https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/tow-package.34280/page-4#post-1187621

That's the only thing I could gather after looking at the PDF instructions for the OEM wiring harness accessory install

The system knows when a trailer is attached via a signal sent out, if like other Fords, through the trailer brake circuit. It detects the magnetic trailer brakes, likely through resistance. It may also use the tail light circuits on the trailer also.

Trying to get my hands on the "lugs" for the connectors in the rear to pick up the power. Where can I get them?
@flip sells them on his parts website. I used them brilliant solution. Finding a lower amp fuse to replace the 30A was a bit of a pain though. Maybe he can add them to his pins package.

One or two fuses? I have abt 100 15A and would have to bump the price a bit.

I would vote two, since there are the 30 and 40A available in the same connector, have one for future use.

Those 15A fuses are hard to find! Cost me close to $20 for a 5 pack shipped.

Is that so you can you access power in the cargo (driver side) or AUX switches instead of running the wire to the battery?
Yes. From the TT module harness if it's there.

@flip any thoughts on replicating the factory tow module functionality with an off-the-shelf microcontroller? I'm hoping you or someone in your network knows what the OEM one tells the rest of the modules via CAN... I'm on the list of people who removed factory tow to get mine (days? months? years?) sooner without fully understanding the implications of that change. I'm also pretty handy with electronics, code, etc. I have the parts I need to build a microcontroller (or a small computer) to add to the Bronco. If I can make it replicate the factory tow module, perhaps I'll gain things like auto-disabling rear parking sensors/BLIS/etc.

I've had many modern Fords with more towing capability than the Bronco, and they all acted the same. Connect a trailer and the truck adapts to the fact that something is now intended to follow closely. I don't have a factory tow bronco to observe, but assuming it will act the same... then I'm pretty confident I can figure out how to "fake it". I just need some inside info on what messages are sent. Here's hoping you have some info :)

I had a conversation with a couple guys with Lumen (supply the Bronco accessory trailer brake control) who acted like they were working on a total package with hitch, wiring, controller, etc. They said Ford has to clear it since it would integrate with some of the vehicle systems which could take 6 months or so.

Trying to rig something up to take the place of the TT module would not be fun since you'll need to run a bunch of wiring from the module, back to the BCM, through firewall then back to the trailer hitch. M2DZ-19H332-A is the module part number which the depot is showing 14 in stock with a list price of $230.00. If I was going to try and rig something up I'd start with the module and try to get around the VIN specific programming for it to work.

Itā€™s great they are working on a full parts package. That might be enough to shift my priorities towards other things. Then again I might also do some experiments if my own :)

I am prepping for (as my wife calls it) an ā€œepic adventureā€ this summer. Iā€™m planning to pull our new UEV-490 camper from Texas to Alaska and back, camping in some remote and some not-so remote places. As this trailer is right at the limit of what the Bronco is stated to be capable of, Iā€™m trying to ensure I have the best possible towing configuration. I already ordered all the various Curt and Redarc parts to make it work, and those will be showing up over the next few days. I am also exploring options for reducing weight by a few hundred pounds on the bronco and on the trailer to hedge my bets.

lots to do before I hit the road, and maybe the aftermarket parts will be good enough. I know I would feel better if the bronco was more ā€œawareā€ of the trailer, thoughā€¦ could there be a version where someone you know can program one of those modules for me?

to be clear, I donā€™t mind running wires, welding, cutting, modifying, etc. that stuff is fun :)

I do not know of any way of programming the TT module to a vehicle not equipped with it from the factory. The data is pulled from Ford's servers by the VIN. Even if you pulled one from another vehicle it would likely not work since all of the modules have to be for that VIN.

Is it possible for someone with mad skills and the right equipment? Possibly. We don't have anything like that, nor do I know of anyone that does.
