Usually 87. Don’t notice any difference with higher octane so don’t waste my money. It runs perfectly fine imho and saves a few bucks in the process.

I found no discernible difference after trying multiple octane levels and tracking mileage.

Hmm the high dollar, longevity of the engine is my only reason.

87 still, but I no longer do Kwick Trip as they no longer carry Top Tier. Only a few stations around me still carry it.

I think oil changes are more important than fuel , for turbos.
This is what I have been told by a number of mechanics. One was a woman that owns and drives a dragster.

I run 91 in the Bronco, the highest available in SoCal. I figure $5 difference for a full tank when we already $100 for a tank full won’t kill me and possibly long term better.

Now my 2018 Audi S5 Sportback is tuned stage 2 and heavily modified, running E85 which is a lot cheaper (yes burns 25% ish more, luckily fuel delivery system is rather robust), but a kick in the pants at about 525 Hp and 600 foot pounds of torque with AWD, 0-60 in 3.2 range all day long.
