'23 325 hp v6 4.7 gear 35 vs my 96 205 hp 5.8 v8 4.56 gear 40.s it absolutely smokes the big boy in everything except break over angle and sound. How much more does a v8 weigh... I'm a power guy and power to weight ratio matters especially if you are wheeling it!
Coyote weight is 445 lb
2.7 weight is 440 (wow! only 5 lb less!)
5.8 v8 550 lb
7.3 v8 (gas) 538 lb
So I think with available mods the coyote would be the best bang for the buck... really a 3 cyl diesel would serve me best or actually if they had more reliable batteries....an electric with all that torque!!!!
