Just got back from a road trip through New Mexico. 500+ miles (all highway) and got about 23mpg. I did keep the cruise set to 70 the whole time which helped a lot. Stock BD 4dr 2.3 Softie.
I have no idea how you guys are doing this lol
I am happy when I sniff 15 mpg

2.3L 4 Door Non-Sasquatch Base Automatic with stock tires:

21 MPG pure city driving summer
18 MPG city winter (sub freezing temps)
23 MPG average on a 3000 round trip from Nebraska to Salt Lake City, lots of mountain driving and some city driving.

I achieved as high as 32 MPG on a calm day doing 65 on a short 50 mile freeway round trip, yeah I was driving for mileage! Overall I'm happy with the mileage, no other gas 4x4 truck does better, most are worse including Tacoma.

everyone needs to calculate the actual MPG, the screen is too generous.

I get 17-19 in normal driving, city and highway (below 70)
12-14 (roadtrips above 70 and offroading/overlanding)

4dr badlands
2in lift
35s
with roof rack
That’s what I keep forgetting to do every time I fuel up!
Do the old school way and compare it
To the Digital read out.
So spoiled we is today!

22 4D SAS Badlands 2.3, 17.2 after 6k miles. Mostly in eco mode.

Love the rig, but if they offer a hybrid in Cyber Orange, I'm not looking back.

23.6mpg according to the trip calculator for this tank of gas.

Includes about 140 miles of freeway driving at 65mph. Around town I’m probably closer to 20mpg.

Similar mileage to the 04 forester my bronco replaced.

2dr base 7mt non-sas.

I'm getting 19.6 lifetime but 20-21 more recently in my 2 door 2.3L SAS as Ive learned to drive it. Came from an escape hybrid so its hard to not want to push the MPG up. Its a game.

Great to see many of those with the 32'' tires exceeding 20 mpg. That's no worse than similarly sized SUVs such as the Grand Cherokee, Honda Passport or Telluride.

It’s important to remember that the Bronco indicated mpg on the dash is not always accurate. I have two Broncos, one with 19,000 miles on it and both of them consistently read about 0.8-1.0 mpg better on the trip computer than the real, calculated mpg when I fill up and do the simple math. I calculated the MPG today and it was 17.2, not the 18.1 that my trip computer indicated. :)
