What's your tipping point?

99’d my order to save more money... however, only time will be my tipping point. Whether it be not gathering up enough money, Ford not getting it built soon enough after I solve the money aspect or just dying of old age before either of the other two.

First off I do want a new Bronco, but there is a big caveat here. At my age I don't want to wait to have fun as I have more years behind me than in front of me. I've said my tipping point is when the dealer tells me mine will be a '23. We will still need a 4 door vehicle, and the wife is not giving up her Mustang so I have devised a plan "B" if I get the '23 message. That plan is to find, or order a new Ranger Crew Cab (I have a Super Cab now), then find me another older Mustang GT w/ a manual tranny to play with. I've missed my little '06 Mustang GT since the day it sold. So basically I'm saying life's too damned short to wait forever to get a Bronco.

I’m keeping my reservation. But I’m moving on. I have an appointment this afternoon to go check out this 2020 interceptor explorer with 165 miles on my the odometer. I’ll keep my order with Ford and see what happens. I submitted my order in May. So I’m not convinced I’d see my Bronco until 23 anyway.

Exactly what said in my original post. I’m hanging on to see if maybe I can get one in MY21.

Changing dealers means losing what possible position I may have in line.

You need to talk to your dealer and see what your priority code is. If they gave you a code 99 then there is no chance of getting a MY21. IMO if you are getting any trim with a hardtop you can get yours this year.

If I don't have my Bronco by Spring at the latest not only am I done with Bronco but I will never buy another Ford vehicle again.

For those of us with early reservations that still don't have a build date:
What would it take for you to just say, "Ahh screw this. I'm over the Bronco".

When my wife maxes out our credit card!!
