What compromises would you make to take a Bronco home off the lot before your scheduled delivery?

So, I had a purely hypothetical and unlikely scenario pop into my head and thought I'd ask the question. Since all Bronco builds at first are custom ordered, what compromises would you make on your build if a canceled reservation showed up on your local dealer lot (with no ADM for the sake of conversation) before your scheduled delivery date?

I went through a lot of situations in my head and can say that color might be the only thing I'd compromise on. But the more I think about it, I go from one extreme to the other on how much (or little) I'd compromise to take one home sooner.

Just curious if anyone else has thought about this or if everyone else wants their custom no compromise build (nothing wrong with that).

I'd be flexible on color, package (currently High). Things I wouldn't compromise, 2-door and 7MT.
I think I'd be flexible on package as well. As much as I want a 2 door I might even go to 4 door if one was right in front of me.

I already made it, drop the dual top, but that is my limit. I have found if I get EXACTLY what want in terms of options, it greatly reduces buyer's remorse, to a point that is not detectable.

None at all. I spent 8 months obsessing over what options to pick, I wouldn’t sacrifice any of that now.

Would drop from a Loaded BL to a SAS BD. Only thing I would go "womp" on would be the Signature Lights.

I just won't compromise on color and MOD top only.

What about an option that you left off but the price was only a "touch" more than your build for the lot buy? Like JUST a touch...

Great question and one I’ve thought about. I think color could be a compromise for me too.
Get ready for these responses: :ROFLMAO:
“NOTHING! Bronco for Life!”
“I will wait until the end of eternity!”
“Go Broncomerica!”
“Jeeps are for wussies!”
“Buy a Subaru.”

I'm not in that kind of rush to get my Bronco sooner. I deferred to 2022 because of it. I dont need to comprimise, and if I need a vehicle sooner, I'll get one. It doesn't have to be a Bronco.

I WANT a Bronco, but I dod not NEED a Bronco. This is a distinction I've learned as I've gotten older.

If it’s an upsell that’s a different story, it’s going down in options that’s the issue. We reserved a badlands so the only thing we could go up on would be nav (I’d do it), lux (maybe), Sasquatch (nope), upgraded rims (yes). But it would cost us significantly more from what we’re paying so it would never happen.

I think I’d do the same. As long as there was also a price discount incentive. One can dream right?
