The day after I updated my order with the dealer, I received a āyour order has been updatedā email from Ford. I never received an email from Ford stating that my order has been āconfirmed ā. When I log into my Ford account, I see the generic page stating āordering with dealerā and it states 2022. Should I be worried that my account page doesnāt show a page like yours?

I'm a weird situation anyways-I have it at 10 and had a reservation for my 2021MY I originally ordered. Plus apparently Ford is taking care of it at corp, so it might go into the special reservation numbers Ford can only do?Nope..... Not the same. My "10" will get built before your '19" if you ignore reservation numbers. Since Ford started doing reservations, priority codes don't mean much
I've gone to that page using my reservation number and everything is correct for my 2022 order. I don't have a green checkmark on Step #2 ("Place Order") though... it says In Progress underneath it.Seems to me that the best way to know where you stand on Ford's side is to use the link posted earlier that goes to your reservation number. (You'll be asked to login to your Ford account)

Sounds like your dealer needs to do something on their end. Mine needed to talk to a Ford rep Bronco specialist before figuring out how to correctly enter the order.I've gone to that page using my reservation number and everything is correct for my 2022 order. And STILL no confirmation email from Ford nine days after placing my order.
I got my confirmation from Ford. Iām in the same boat having ordered a 2-door model. 15 months and still waiting..So I'm a July 14 reservation holder who did not get my 21 order filled. I sent my 22 build order to my dealer last Monday (Oct 18th) and he emailed me back the order summary to verify it. Everything looked good so he entered the order.
My question is that I have not received an order confirmation email from Ford yet on my 22 order (a week later)? I asked my dealer about it last Friday and he said Ford's system is probably bogged down with orders right now but I would get an email soon. Has anyone else had problems getting their 22 Ford confirmation email?
Thanks for explaining what a DORA is.Just a note; that order form you posted above is not a DORA, it is an "Order Summary". Did you actually get a DORA from the Dealer a few days after your re-order? I did my re-order on the 19th and still have not received my DORA. DORA is " Dealer Order Receipt Acknowledgement" It contains coding for every package.
I got the same 19 priority code. I have no idea what that means.Mine say priority code 19. That the same as 10-19?

Mine is the exact same. "In Progress" but all the information is correct. I called Ford and spoke to a rep over the phone and she verified everything is good to go on their end and I should eventually get the Ford email confirmation.So Iām confused as well, just trying to make sure everything is squared away. I received a āYour vehicle order has been updatedā email from Ford after I updated the build sheet with my dealer. Below is what I see at the order info website. There is a green checkmark next to āOrder Accepted By Dealerā but step 2 at the top āPlace Orderā says āIn Progressā. Is there another step the dealer needs to do to move things forward or is everything good to proceed? Thanks
