I’m kinda thinking if you had mods pop, activate button pop, and packages added to your tracker, your truck probably was ready to put on a truck/train and a chip failed in QC review. If so that sucks!

Late 1/24 blend, modules activated, Tear tag updated, activate on FordPass, Sync up to date, EDD from 2/14 to 5/15. Checked with my dealer Tuesday morning and was good, flipped to on hold Wednesday around 4:00pm after some later blend dates were already on hold.I’m 1/24 blend, activate on the FordPass app has been there for a good while. Stuck in production with a moved delivery date that went from 2/24 to 5/24. Modules activated, no updated tear tag. Just says DAA and has for quite a while. So I’m also wondering what’s going on with us 1/24rs. Haha
finally just got in after day of it being down. Still EDD of 2/21, blend was 1/27Any of you with 2/XX dates still holding in the tracker?
1 min 35 sec in they are working on a whole row of Broncos, hoods up, engines running. Could they be inserting chips?
Are we certain that the PCM modules ever show up on the module build data page?https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt. So I used this link with my current lincoln vehicle and it just pmc modules and i think thats the part we are missing
Is that a caved in soft top at 0:38?!1 min 35 sec in they are working on a whole row of Broncos, hoods up, engines running. Could they be inserting chips?
I see. So if they don’t think they’ll be getting the replacement part quickly, or if it’s just inefficient to one-off repair each bronco, they’d rather tear them down and use the parts on something they can build? wow that doesn’t sound good for the majority of ford’s defective unitsHe said the only people that will be working next week will be what he called the "maintenance teams" who will go look at each completed vehicle from January over the next week to determine if the vehicle can be salvaged. Meaning if they have/receive a missing part/chip to complete the build it will be shipped, or if it's not salvageable then the entire vehicle would be stripped for parts to put back on the line to build new vehicles.
Omg. It totally looks like itIs that a caved in soft top at 0:38?!
Picturing a crew of 2 guys going around to 2500 vehicles inserting chips one by one and it’s making me chuckle. I hope it’s true.1 min 35 sec in they are working on a whole row of Broncos, hoods up, engines running. Could they be inserting chips?
