I’m kinda thinking if you had mods pop, activate button pop, and packages added to your tracker, your truck probably was ready to put on a truck/train and a chip failed in QC review. If so that sucks!

I’m 1/24 blend, activate on the FordPass app has been there for a good while. Stuck in production with a moved delivery date that went from 2/24 to 5/24. Modules activated, no updated tear tag. Just says DAA and has for quite a while. So I’m also wondering what’s going on with us 1/24rs. Haha
Late 1/24 blend, modules activated, Tear tag updated, activate on FordPass, Sync up to date, EDD from 2/14 to 5/15. Checked with my dealer Tuesday morning and was good, flipped to on hold Wednesday around 4:00pm after some later blend dates were already on hold.

This is the only thing that shows when I try to track my Bronco the last three days. Was 1/26 blend and had the delivery switched to 5/9/22

1 min 35 sec in they are working on a whole row of Broncos, hoods up, engines running. Could they be inserting chips?
Is that a caved in soft top at 0:38?!

He said the only people that will be working next week will be what he called the "maintenance teams" who will go look at each completed vehicle from January over the next week to determine if the vehicle can be salvaged. Meaning if they have/receive a missing part/chip to complete the build it will be shipped, or if it's not salvageable then the entire vehicle would be stripped for parts to put back on the line to build new vehicles.
I see. So if they don’t think they’ll be getting the replacement part quickly, or if it’s just inefficient to one-off repair each bronco, they’d rather tear them down and use the parts on something they can build? wow that doesn’t sound good for the majority of ford’s defective units

Picturing a crew of 2 guys going around to 2500 vehicles inserting chips one by one and it’s making me chuckle. I hope it’s true.

It’s union work. There’s at least two more in the cars staying warm!

don’t know for sure but it could be a roof rack peaking out of the snow, maybe. I was thinking you can see the front feet for it in black above the windshield.
