I’m having someone create one of these for my Wouxun. It’s unfortunate someone hasn’t come up with a dialed in universal version. I get that all batteries and clips are different…I have seen some clunky attempts.

However, I DID just get a Wouxun KG-935 last week and it fits very good. Maybe better than the BTECH?

But yeah, it's a lot of trial and error getting the fit right. Measuring only gets you so far.

I have a KG-UV9G Pro. So far this is my setup. I think I’m going to continue using a separate arm (but longer) for the mic to sit just above the vent to the right of the steering wheel.

That radio mount was created by a Baofeng user - she miscalculated the Wouxun dimensions. It’s a bit too wide. But, with using the bay where the missing hero switches should be - it stays in place pretty well.

How’d this turn out? I had someone make me one that fits the Wouxun perfectly. If anyone is looking - I’ll see if he added it to his etsy store.

Shame my UV-5 died prematurely...all I'm running now is a G11S. Not sure it'd fit in this?

Yup! Should fit. It’s based on the battery. I can confirm model numbers.

Very cool. I just printed a bracket I'm going to use adhesion promoter and double sided 3M tape to stick my yaesu control panel on the overhead console near the aux switches. should clean up my dash a good bit.
