my new Heavy Duty Spicer driveshaft showed up this week and I slapped it in today. easy to do swap. looks beefier than OEM however I admit I was expecting a double Cartan U-Joint on the transfer case side. I'll run it hard with the 40s and report back if there's any issues ...comes with new bolts and instructions.

My biggest curiosity is if it will help with any driveline vibrations some people may be experiencing when lifting their Broncos. I’ve heard of a few people that got vibes when lifting and then they went away with a custom driveshaft from a local shop. Hoping this will do the same for some people.

Looking forward to the updates on it, I’m ready to buy if it does the job.

It’s awesome there is new heavy duty parts available. I was unaware that there been issues with the driveline. Anyone know of failure?

I have only heard of a few vibration issues myself after lifting that an aftermarket driveshaft fixed. I can’t confirm any of that. Needless to say, it does look very beefy over stock and I’m interested to compare it and test myself (mine is sitting in my garage waiting to install).
But either way I agree, it’s awesome that HD parts are starting to hit the market.

We will be developing A replacement shaft through my shop. Ill be testing it later this year. As of now my Bronco has no lift . We are waiting for a lifted Bronco to roll by our shop.

Looks nice. Like you said, surprised no double cardan U-Joint on the transfer case side as that is what they advertise :sneaky: . Should be a good bit stronger than the OEM.
Keep up the good work 🤠

I too am a bit surprised they didn't run a double cardan. Let us know if you have any issues. You can definitely make rzeppa's tough, but double cardan is my absolute favorite.

I want to see a company make double cardan half shafts honestly, at least on the inside. I'd rather take a plunging shaft with double cardan, than a plunging trilobe or rzeppa. And they can be made to clear very high angles, unfortunately they only seem to be popular in agriculture for front half shafts.
