I do not believe there is a pump. Lock up is achieved by internal (solenoid) valving.
I don’t think there is a pump. I watched a video and it’s ran with a set of solenoids to open the circuit and a small accumulator for pressure.

I don’t see why it couldn’t be added after the fact. The on/off should be easy. Integration into the computer will likely be pretty tough. Question there is do you need the auto on/off function?

Yes, for handling over 20mph, a manual switch may work though, unless it is Canbus or PCM.

Gotcha... Never wanted the BL so never gave it alot of thought. I remember seeing hydrolic hoses so figured they went to a pump.

Kind of odd to see a hose run back to itself but it's obviously porn to many of the members.

The hose is for the pump feed.

Actually I'm more interested in those deflators (plus I'm getting a Badlands) , that looks pretty slick, and really not that much money

On a Jeep, the top of the Swaybar links are easy to reach via the wheel well.

But with the location of the links on the Bronco, I wonder how easy/hard, it would be to reach the top of these Apex units.
It is a neat option and not too much money.

Ya its hard to tell if it would work because we really haven’t been given a good look at non-Badlands suspension. All the frame-only displays have had the hydraulic disconnect on them. Time will tell, but I fear you may be right.

And now we've come full circle :)

I still think adding this after the fact wouldn't be worth it but who knows. Maybe it would bolt right up, run the pump to an aux switch (wonder if it needs power to lock or unlock).

I hope companies like apex provide better options.

These two shots make it look like it has a prayer. For $350, and less than an hour install time, I would add them for the twice in my lifetime I would use them. I think I will shoot them an email to see if they have looked at the Bronco.

I was under the Bronco at an event and I am not so sure it can be reached without lying on the ground.
But it's a non issue for me.

Did a quick search on the forum to see if these had been shown, but I couldn't find anything. Not really into rock crawling so the disconnect on the BL doesn't really appeal to me, but for less than $400 these Apex AutoLynx quick disconnects look really easy to install and use in a pinch. Might be a good alternative for BD or WT users that want a disconnect but don't use it very often. Hopefully it can be adpated to the Bronco sway bar.

Here's the latest I received from Apex Designs.

"Just to give you an idea - we will be releasing the Toyota links this Spring, then the prototype testing/development on the Bronco links will be in full swing. Paul has been toying with/developing the solution in his head for some time now, so it should come together pretty quickly. We have a pretty small team so have to tackle projects one at a time."

No ETA from them but it looks like something this year potentially.
