One tip for those installing the coupler, REMOVE the black plastic shell from the coupler. That'll give you access to tighten it down with a wrench. Most folks (including us originally) don't realize the black plastic part comes off, giving you access to tighten it down with a wrench.
Tried this but had difficulty and didnt want to destroy it. What is required...brute force? is there an easy way to remove it that I am missing?

Not sure what you mean??? Brute force for what? What are you having difficulty with? You mean the black plastic around the coupler?

Just gotta wiggle it off

Yes exactly. The wiggling wasn’t working. Even used pliers to no avail.

It's doable. Try using a small screw driver to pry it off
It’s good to know it’s doable. I tried the screwdrivers as well and it seems impossi

good to know I won’t rip it. I’ll keep trying. The screw drivers didn’t work the first time though. Thanks.

Get your fingers under the front edge and try to roll the bottom up. You should get a decent grip with the tips of your fingers, then you can kind of work it off.

Anyone have any recommendations for brackets for the single arb compressor for the 2.7 that don’t cost $250?

The KR Off-Road is $224.99 when you use coupon code BRONCO6G :)

You honestly get what you paid for. This isn't some cheap steel or aluminum. It's 10 gauge stainless steel and powder coated black.

If stainless steel was cheaper, we'd charge less. But prices are insane right now.

Speaking of install... never posted mine. Got everything installed and fractured my foot... so driving is ... not a thing right now; so i have this cool thing hooked up and can't use it for a bit. lol.

I had intended on routing the power through that covered section up by the windshield but there wasn't enough length so ran it along the other cables on the firewall and hides good. Kept the fuse up top and away from that turbo tho because I noticed a lot of heat wrap down there so I got worried about the rubber boot and fuse. But pretty easy install.
Does that brass fitting come with the kit? I tried installing mine today but don't have the pressure switch installed because there is no other spot for the air outlet and was under the impression this was only if you are adding lockers. In my non-functional install, the L connectors aren't connected to anything and guessing this is the problem correct?

It does not. I bought this one - i'm sure there are many other options as well. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B075K3LB1N/
Technically you don't need the pressure switch but then it's On/Off... the pressure switch stops the motor from running when there's pressure in the line - or lack thereof. I'd suggest getting it installed but... it'll fill up tires w/o it if you wanna run it that way.

And this harness is unused correct?
Correct - THAT is for the locker solenoids if you had them.

I have been holding off because it looks like the ecu is going to get shaken to death. Has anyone reported issues?

How would the ECU get shaken to death? It’s mounted to the same place basically
