There's another post here that seems to say you can't add the V6 to the base 2 door. Which has basically killed a lot of our base dreams. Can anyone confirm this? What a shameful performance by Ford in artificial options games.
a mistake in translating, ill edit post with pics in a second

Same as y'all, BASE for me. Too much/many accessories on the other trims that you just don't need to have a good time in a BRONCO. Add the V6 & automatic, and if the Sasquatch is reasonably priced, I'll add it, too (but don't care for the 35" tires or aluminum rims).
One thing I am concerned about is the option for different gear ratios, stock is 3.73:1. 4.27:1 looks to be OK for the 33"x 10.5" tires I'll be adding later on. 4.7:1 seems a little much for 33's (I think), but could be wrong. Read on here somewhere that 35's with an auto at 70mph puts the rpm's just above the 2000 mark.
Lockers are available as an option, but I only care for their use in the rear. If a lift is needed, I imagine the aftermarket will be there, and not too far behind, either.
Oh yeah, will be getting a white 2-door and painting the grill to match rims...that's it.

I see the 4A as thing you turn on when youre (or more likely the wife) driving on a slippery road and let the car decide for you. In my 2003 Chevy Trailblazer its there, but the harsh engagement wears that part of the transfer case out. SO: to me I would select 4HI if its slippery/icy-ish, then lock the diffs as needed as it gets nastier. The base model can be built with so much good stuff, I don't need ass heaters, voice recognition, and I hate leather its sticky in the summer and cold as ice in the winter. Free cloth is just fine. So happy Ford abandoned the good/bestter/best mentaility it and many other have had to decades. the ONLY thing I wish I could get in the base is the upgraded stereo even this middle age guy loves good tunes

This one is also quite good off their website. Although splashing through a creek with no doors doesn't sound fun to me :ROFLMAO:

Has anyone's dealer mentioned a $900 non refundable fee once you build your Bronco?

I fully agree, unless we’re talking mechanical, 95% of non-mechanical options above base on the Bronco are frivolities and completely unnecessary.

The base truck is extraordinarily non base.
My first vehicle was 69 cj5 3 speed drum brakes. 2nd was a 77 f150 4x4 still have it. The base bronco is plenty for me. I haven’t forgotten how to drive yet and don’t need things to drive for me.

Sounds like they're trying to rip you. My dealer said only the first $100 was needed, even after the build/ordering process.
