If I could get a base sasquatch with a hard top in less than a year I would. Anyone know if the sasquatch and hard top contraints are resolved?
Mitchell Watts (of Town and Country Ford), who is 6'3", stated that the hardtop remains a constraint. That said, I am driving a 2 door hard top. Order what you want, because otherwise it's going to be a much longer wait to really get the Bronco you want.

That's another reason why I don't regret ordering lux and tow (although I think that the best value is high package).

Last night, despite the fact that I was extremely tired due to factors out of my control, I had to drive 6 hours from San Angelo to Corpus Christi. The adaptive cruise control is what really made it possible, otherwise, I would have been completely spent. I would have been really unhappy had I compromised and not had adaptive cruise.

Lol, I see what you did there. I’ve watched a lot of the T&C videos on YouTube while doing research. Somehow he does seem to work his height into the content.

Agree about the ACC being very useful on long trips. We bought a CX-9 that has it and I’ve used it on several 5+ hour road trips. I don’t see getting it on the bronco since the Mazda will be the family car and bronco will be my DD. Longest trip I see for the bronco will be the 2 hour drive to vacations at Ocean City, MD. I guess that means I can be less practical with the bronco.

My Dad has adaptive cruse in his new Explorer. He hates it so much I am trying to figure out if I can disable it in FORScan for him.

My gf has it on her HR-V and I can’t stand it. I prefer the old school way of cruise control just holding the speed and I change lanes or reduce speed when I need to. My base sas is perfect for me.

It's easy enough to disable adaptive cruise control without messing with Forscan by turning it off in the IPC menu and then it reverts to basic cruise control.

And then it turns on again when you restart the car.
Plus it's about 3 or 4 menus deep. Worst than the stupid AS/S which at least has a single button.

My perfect Bronco would have been the 2-door hard top BD at the same price, but I just didnt want to wait 12-18 months or more....

You have time to soak all this in - you are asking questions we have all lost sleep over, we just started earlier than you...

*Trail turn assist comes on all Bronco's
My process was so similar to yours. And if I could swap mine for a base plus the $$ difference I think I would given financials of the day.

I have your perfect Bronco (2door BD) in production, mod's are poppin'

I kept waffling Base², BaseSquatch, BD. Wants were rear locker, Mid, washout and 4A. Base² was low enough $ where I could forgo the "wants" since the biggest want is just the damn Bronco lol, and I could make it mine with the cash surplus. BaseSquatch had enough wants plus a little extra for a bit less than the BD, that it was a big contender. But that BaseSquatch price was just too close to the BD for me to not jump up to BD with all my wants at the cost of a couple grand and a front locker. All in all the platform they are all built on, Base², is amazing and there's not really a gotcha point for cash over performance no matter what angle you go at, it's just a matter of how much you are willing to spend, and that is frustrating :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

I personally just didn't get the draw of the BB over the Base or OBX, it's not bad, just seems superfluous. Don't get me started on BB without Mid... I mean?

I am not taking any constraints into consideration when ordering. When it gets here it's here.

Ordering the way I want it. Base 2dr, 2.7, 35's.

You realize that you can select regular cruise control vs adaptive on most platforms.

I can hardly figure out how to turn any cruise on in her car. It’s not very intuitive.

Ok, another question about the various trims...

It seems like some models have body colored panels on the inside of the driver and passenger front doors by the armrests and some do not. Is this a trim level or year thing to determine which models have the body colored panels?

My Bare Bones 2.7 Base came with the colored panels.

Standby, I have a video that I found last night.

I think that demonstrates it well.

That a 21 or 22? I’ve seen some base models with and without the body colored panels.

This is a 2 door vs 4 door thing, 2door show the exterior color inside, 4 door does not.
