Best sounding aftermarket exhaust for 2.7L ?

Ive got the MRT King of the hill on mine..

Honestly its pretty damn loud, initally thought it was too loud and was thinking of selling and replacing..

However, after like 6 months.. I totally love it. Brings the car alive, sounds like a raspy offroad beast.

Lots of fun in the desert with a nice sounding exhaust

The item that is not discussed often enough in these "sounds great" threads is whether it's installed on a soft top or hard top Bronco. If you own a soft top, many of these can be annoying. You've been warned.

After doing some searching I went with Corsa, similar build 2.7L WT Lux

What sold me was the local discount and free installation (live around the Cleveland Area and Corsa is based out of Berea)

10% off my order + Free Install.

I went with the turndown option to get more clearance for offroading, the 2 pipes are slightly louder but when you're in the driver seat you still hear the revs and throttle all the same - slightly muffled but loud enough to turn heads. Highly Recommend

Shoot, I would have driven to The Cleve for that deal!
I did take advantage of Panda Motorworks 10% off Superbowl sale to order that same exhaust (but 2.3L), but no free install and back ordered a few weeks.

None. It's a V6. You can't make the 2.7L sound good. You can make it louder, but it won't sound good. Expect 0 HP/TQ gain. Save your money.

agreed- every single one sounds horrible to me- like a slammed civic or a leaf blower. there is just no way to make it sound like anything other than a fart can. def a good way to save money by not doing it

I liked the King of the Hill as well. MRT does a great job for sure.

My corsa isn't bad. I've got the dual tip

How do you like the Corsa exhaust, any drone, overly loud at low speed or possibly eco mode? Any negatives or personal opinion on it?

Little loud when accelerating but once at what ever the cruise speed is it's not bad at all. No drone and no difference in sound in eco mode.

Running the magnaflow street series axal back. Has black tips, set to some noise but not crazy. It is V6 after all. The exhaust tucks up well in the system. I like that it fits in better than stock. That is the true worth of it.

I have to agree with CobraKaiSG. I have listened to all the axlebacks and they all seem to sound the same to me with the only difference being volume. I will continue to check them out though.

Took muffler off and running nothing at the moment. Do any of these turn down muffler delete kits make any difference? Not wanting to spend the coin if it is no different than what I am running at the moment. Looked at thr king of the hill set up. Looks nice but pretty pricey

In all seriousness, muffler deletes are pretty loud. No flying under the radar, everyone is gonna hear your every move which is annoying. Sometimes you just want to slowly drive out of a parking lot and you don't need to hear the exhaust farts echo for miles.

I recently put my Flowmaster FlowFX back on but this time added a Vibrant 1141 resonator in front as I saw mentioned on B6G. This is perfect for me, still has some noise when you get on it if you want but is much quieter creeping around and with no rasp.

I listened to the Corsa Sport Cat Back with turn down tip on YouTube and fell in love. Purchased it today and hope to post a video of sound after install.

Where'd you order from. I only see 2 door 2.3 on lethal's site?
