If you're going Sasquatch, not sure why you would get the BB over standard Base. There is very little difference between the two with Sasquatch.
Easy, you cant get the mid package, sig lights, Mod top, or a factory hitch.

You cannot get the mid package or tow option with the base model, hence the reason some opt for BB, (like me). ;)

Can you add the advanced auto 4x4 to the non sasquatched big bend? Have been able to of it in the past. Just tried building it again and it does show as option. Only if add the Sasquatch package.

Afaik, it's never been an option on BB w/o SAS.... But I have this question in to my dealer to make sure.

OK I get it:
BB + Sasquatch = 6 GOAT
BD + Sasquatch = 7 GOAT
Badlands + Sasquatch = 7 GOAT
Except that you do not need the Squatch to get the GOAT modes. The specific modes are different between all 3.

If I can fit 33” tires on the Big Bend and the 4x4 automatic is available I think I have finally made up my mind. I will eventually replace my seats with Katskins.

I'm right there with you.... I don't think it will happen though, but ill post what the Bronco specialist says tomorrow.

I'll probably end up squatching the BB..... Just another 4k plus. Sigh....

This is technically correct, but remember that these don't matter whether you get the Sasquatch or not. Also remember that the seven modes on Badlands are slightly different than the seven modes on Black Diamond, since the Badlands replaces Sport with Baja.

Quick question - wasn't the Mid Package going to be standard on the Big Bend & Black Diamond trims? Am I missing something? I noticed that it is charging about $3k on both models to upgrade. Can anyone provide some clarity?

I keep going back and forth because I can basically build a BB to the BD configuration while scooping the Sig Lighting but getting a cheap plastic rear-bumper, losing a GOAT mode, and the MGV. Anything else I am missing here? Tire size appears to be the same and the wheels change. I wish we could upgrade the rear-bumper to PC steel on the BB.

Thoughts for anyone struggling with the same?
As others have pointed out you get mid package standard only on OBX and WT. You also can get mid package with the 7M only on BL, if that's something you're looking at - changing to the 10A is part of that price increase.

Personally I'm in the same boat as you. I started with a BD but am leaning heavily towards a BB with aux switches and rear locker for about $5k less instead. I'm going to miss the MGV and advanced 4x4, but I never needed Rock Crawl or all the extra armour that it turns out adds far too much to the curb weight anyways. Getting the fog lamps as well is a perk.

Does BD come with a front locker?

The front locker comes with Badlands trim and the Sasquatch package (therefore Wildtrak trim as well), so the answer is:
The only way to get a front locker on a BD is with the Sasquatch package.

Please let me know what you find on the 4x4 auto on the Big Bend. Thx!
