I'm pretty sure they are interchangeable.I assume these work on either side correct? I noticed it says "LEFT" when I look that up.
Only limited by the number of holes you want to drill. Is there a limit to the number of tow hooks I can add? I’m thinking maybe four across the rear bumper would look even better IMHO
Plastic-Dip comes in many colors. Take them off and dip them. Or as others have noted, paint them.Do you know if there's someone who manufactures tow hook covers for these hooks, like a rubber sleeve for decorative purposes? I've seen others who have colorful covers for their tow hooks on the front bumpers.
Locktite??Mine was on there wayyyyyy tighter than 59 ft/lbs. Easily over 100 ft/lbs
That could have been it. I can’t remember if I saw any on the threads when I removed it.Locktite??
I'll find out today as I'm replacing mine with the FP red ones. That could have been it. I can’t remember if I saw any on the threads when I removed it.
Can't you just .. paint over it again?I like dipping them because if you change your mind is easier to remove than paint.
Sure. My only negative to that is multiple layers of paint chip easier. Not a big deal really I just don't like it.Can't you just .. paint over it again?
