I optioned the roof racks because of the cost but don't care for the look. Any word on how easily removable they are? I'd like to have them but won't need them for 90% of my driving.

“Extremely” easy to remove… designed to be removed and installed quickly, in fact.I optioned the roof racks because of the cost but don't care for the look. Any word on how easily removable they are? I'd like to have them but won't need them for 90% of my driving.
Yeah but the question is does that still stand with all the new top issues. Or has the "fix" been postponed till 23 with the Mod tops?Directly from the horse’s mouth:
The mid bar is bolted in. Looks like you can just move it forward 27 1/2". Here is a drawing I did awhile ago.Does anyone know if the front cross bar can be mounted further forward? There appear to be screw hole covers in that area ... I have kayaks and would prefer a greater distance between cross bars.

One thing about some of these removal videos for the MIC and roof rack is that they fail to state the mounting bolts torque settings.
Do you want to part with it? (the roof rack) Or anyone else within a day drive of Lake Erie?I optioned the roof racks because of the cost but don't care for the look. Any word on how easily removable they are? I'd like to have them but won't need them for 90% of my driving.
Sure, I'll sell them to you when I get my Bronco is 2037.Do you want to part with it? (the roof rack) Or anyone else within a day drive of Lake Erie?
NoDoes it look possible to have the rails with no crossbars?
Yes-Because of the clamp that attaches to the MIC. Here is an inside shot of the clamp.Or do you HAVE to have the rear crossbar because of they way its mounted?
wonder if there would even be a part number for that if it wasn't replaceable, why you looking for the stud?Anyone know the part number for the roof rack mounting stud welded on to the windshield frame?
