The sway bar is vulcanized to the mounts. If it is not center you have other problems.
Ah. Thought we were onto something. Testing continues tomorrow.

Lift? Wheels stock? If aft mkt wheels, do they center on the hub? That mph range is generally driveshaft speed, sometimes a felt vibration, sometimes a booming/droning noise that can go away above or below that band. Depending on a road test we would likely try to rule out wheels/tires by checking road force, if that was good we would run on a lift to eliminate stuff rotating in the front, if still there, disconnect rear driveshaft and run the front.

Most dealers have a piece of equipment called an EVA (electronic vibration analyzer) that is very useful in determining the speed, frequency and g-force of the vibration. We can then back into what component(s) are rotation at that speed and hopefully find the cause.

I doubt the front or rear diffs, or rack are the cause. It's likely a wheel/tire or drive line angle. Only real way to check wheel/tire is a Hunter Road Force balancer. Static balance does not account for wheel/tire runout and no longer a good diagnostic procedure for rotational disturbances.
Road force balanced, with nominal improvement. This on the other hand might be a problem.

That might very well be an issue. Looks like it's on a lift so the droop angle with the suspension hanging may not be an issue. Looks like the axle needs to come out and outer joint inspected.

I would think that the outer joint being bad would've caused a noise, especially when turning, as opposed to a vibration at moderate speeds.

Odd part is that there is no noise (yet). You're correct - it's on a lift.

Any play if you grab and shake? Several folks here have had CV boot leaks without joint failure, I'm wondering if the boots are just too brittle and not standing up to the flex or angle. Could just be a defective joint.

See post #1. Not all dealers give good prices on parts, gotta shop around.

I found a VIN for a 2022 2 door badlands Sasquatch 2.3 auto and was thinking of ordering Sasquatch shocks and springs from ford. Only difference is I have a 7mt and it’s a 2021. I imagine I should be good. Any thoughts?

Message @flip. Awesome guy and has great pricing for B6G members. Only downside is shipping can get crazy, but no fault to him. Worth a shot!
