Can I get the base in 4 door with remote start and heated seats? From my understanding no on the seats but what about remote start?

Remote start is not on the key fob, but you can remote start through the Ford Pass app.

Heated Seats are cheap aftermarket… can even DIY with kits from Amazon. Maybe 150 total.

and for heated seats, no. But FWIW I bought my base assuming that coming from my 2018 Acadia (plush vehicle) I would immediately want to install a seat heater kit— I was wrong. Whatever material Ford used in the base cloth seats is so soft and has such a low heat transfer effect that my butt doesn’t freeze when I get in (several single digit days so far). That’s just my $0.02!

5 - 10 minutes seats on high is about all you could stand anyway. They are overpowered.
