You can spin things any way you choose, but Ford was never under any obligation to keep the rules as they were if the situation told them change needed to happen. Ford was already after them shortly after reservations began turning into orders. Many still choose to overlook that fact.chuckling... seriously, how is it gambling when the house (Ford) changes the rules in the middle of the hand? It was a rigged game, not gambling. Had Ford kept the terms that Ford came up (nobody twisted their arm), it would not be a 'gamble' at all. The entirety of your position is that people should have predicted that Ford would change all the rules and ignore the ones in place when reservations were taken. On the face of it, it is laughable that you cling to that as the basis of your opinion. Next time you sit at a blackjack table and the dealer says the new rule is that he can go up to 23 without busting after the hand is dealt, be sure to blame yourself for not assuming that would happen and not the casino.
