I was told to go to parts or service with your email and account number and they activate any points beyond the 42k for buying or leasing. My 42k showed up about a week after deliveryI’ve spoke with dealership and with Ford pass rewards customer service. I still haven’t seen the extra 220k. What was your build spec and did you have to change anything on your order to get your Bronco?
If you call up Ford support, they typically accelerate the process. (ie...a day or few later you will see them). They must be certified/approved by Ford, thus if you just setup FordPass with your new car you may wait a long time.Not so fast my friend... a week in after taking delivery, and I still don't have any points in my account.

Clarification, My 20k points are there in the system, but not visible on my Ford Pass account. They are called Bonus Thank you points that only the dealer can see and redeem when you go in. Yup! Mine was sent 7/2, the day after I took delivery. They promised to call me back within an hour of getting off the phone. That was 5 hours ago.Well I'll say this. If it is a mistake, they are still doing it two weeks later. I just received this 2 days ago. I printed the email to show the date at the top. Let me guess, they send this to everyone then tell us all we are not eligible for those points. Wonder how many people have gotten this email. Has to be quite a few if it's still going two weeks later. @Ford Motor Company

I'd love to know if 62,000 points equals $310CAD for usI just got off the phone with FordPass Rewards customer service. We do indeed get the 42000 points for purchase + 20000 for reserving the Bronco. According to the rep, it will take up to 30 days. I'm 7 in so far and nothing.
Edit: The total in actual dollars, confirmed by the rep, is $310.
