Not so fast my friend... a week in after taking delivery, and I still don't have any points in my account.

Hey Chris - I was chatting with my Ford Salesperson just this week about the points... when do i get them....etc etc. She said that she had to manually go into her system and activate the points AFTER the person buys the Bronco. Shes had to contact many of her co-workers in Middle Tennessee to do the same. They felt that it was something automatic - but in fact it has to be triggered. I am not for sure if this helps - just wanted to pass along.

I haven’t seen the points yet, I’ve been dealing with Ford for a couple days, waiting for their response. They say I’m not eligible but according to the email it says nothing about qualifications, eligibility. I read every word even the fine print… anyone else get this email?

Yes I received this as well and I'm still fighting with Ford. I've not received anything other than the 42,000 for purchasing the vehicle. I've been on the phone with them 3 times now trying to get the 220,000 I was offered.

I just got off the phone with FordPass Rewards customer service. We do indeed get the 42000 points for purchase + 20000 for reserving the Bronco. According to the rep, it will take up to 30 days. I'm 7 in so far and nothing.

Edit: The total in actual dollars, confirmed by the rep, is $310.

As of yesterday, 04 AUG 21, Parts department at Bison Ford notified me that they can be used for service right now, not accessories due to the constraints of parts just to build current broncos.

As of yesterday, 04 AUG 21, Parts department at Bison Ford notified me that they can be used for service right now, not accessories due to the constraints of parts just to build current broncos.

from the email " These can be applied at your dealership toward items from our Bronco Accessories Catalog. "
Always some caveat. sheesh this is maddening.
