While that sucks, it's amazing how many get delivered "perfect" and on the other hand there's been several here that folks have posted like yours. Some that weren't even completely painted, or panels had different colors, or mismatched interior. I went to the dealer expecting the worst, and spent quite a while going over every inch inside and out and underneath, and fortunately didn't find a thing. Make them document everything you find and take care of it.
Almost like they're assembled by humans during a pandemic that's caused massive labor issues eh?

No not at all. Unless they were wearing masks over their eyes........

I got mine April 16th with no problems with quality control......he's going to pick his up tomorrow and has plenty, so find another excuse besides covid, it's been used about 1000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 times too many lmao. Is there still a labor issue going on? Or maybe there was just last month but not the previous months? You covid sympathizers are just too much sometimes.

The bad news is we are the early adopters/ beta testers. The mid cycle refresh will likely address all of these issues, and I don’t know your build date but line speed obviously is running at capacity and QC suffers. Ford is behind the 8-ball on the whole bronco ordeal. Drive and trade it on a ‘25 those will be straightened out. Fwiw I did not see any of those issues on my black diamond and I opted to not get the headliner, I wanted to see what they were trying to hide by giving it away free. Nothing is free in this world. Anyways I was pleasantly surprised it has a fairly uniform finish on the inside.
Me too.Bailed on the headliner. Why have a washout BD with carpet padding on the roof?

I'm management in a production plant. It isn't sympathy, but a fact, that fallout from covid has caused us labor shortages and turnover, resulting in more screw ups and lower output. Despite paying very well, my crew has been understaffed the entire time and the new people brought in are always less effective.

So yes, the disruption from covid is still a valid excuse.

Well, it's not a $55k truck. It's a $35k truck which you added $20k worth of gee-gaws to. It comes off the same assembly line as a $32,000 Base.

You don't expect the QC on a Platinum F-150 to be any different than an XL. It's the same truck, just with a bunch of expensive toys/electronics added.

Still not an excuse to have so many quality issues. My $25k ford maverick was without any of those issues and looks even after 9k still flawless.

Then I don't doubt you for bit then that's what you're experiencing at your facility. Is that what is happening at MAP though? I honestly thing just a poorly built bronco makes it out of the plant on occasion, and that it's not something that happens frequently.

Independent of the other issues, I am wondering if the inner sides of the top issue is something exceptional or it is the way it looks with all the hard tops.

My Bronco arrived finally after 2 years waiting. I have some back and forth regarding my financing, so I can't take delivery until tomorrow. I just went out to look at it and it was pretty disappointing. Some journalists praised the Outerbanks as "mini G-Wagon" or "alternative to Defender". Are they serious? The Quality of this truck is below any other vehicle I have ever owned. Ford Quality control must be either sleeping all day or they are not existing.

-First thing I noticed was that one of the door trims was completely out of place, I had to adjust and push it in place.
-The trim above the front bumper is not aligned with the rest of the body. I thought that is only with mine but I went around and all the Broncos on the lot had this misalignment. Some more, some less.
- On the same trim, there is scratch about 1.5 inch long (see picture).
- The hard top is a joke. Look at the pictures and look how it looks from inside. I don't know what they were smoking as they decided to build it the way they did. I know they had to come up with a quick solution to clean the mess from the first generation but what the heck is that?? Have the decency to paint it or cover it with something.
-What is this welding thing on the paint?
- In the interior portion there were all sort of scratches and dirt, didn't have the desire to look deeper since it was not detailed yet. Might be different after detailing.

The truck was not detailed yet and I am sure after detailing I will find more stuff once I take the time to look more in detail.

This is not the 20K dollar Maverick. This is a Bronco which has almost the same price as the Mercedes GLE. I guess it is the way it is and I hope @Ford Motor Company listens and will do something about it. Expect more from a truck which costs over 55k dollars.

I assume you’re no longer buying this POS Bronco.

don’t you worry though, I’m sure the dealership can find someone willing to pay an ADM for it

Fair enough, I can't say for a fact that MAP is having those issues. I can only presume, based on what I'm seeing myself and what I hear from the other businesses I interact with.

My point was just that humans make mistakes sometimes, and appear to be making more than usual the last 2 years.

Mine is a two door, but looks nothing like that.

You are looking closer than I would but I can understand your concerns. If you want to kick it back and try for another, you can do so, but the reality is that beggars can't be choosers.
Considering your eye, I will highly recommend you never buy a Tesla Model S which at over $100k is way worse than what you found here.

Yeah covid and it's effects are OVER. Nothing embodies this more than everyone getting their Broncos on time and in order of reservations. Stop living in the global supply chain issues and local labor force issues of the past

As we all know, there is no kick it back here, so I am going for it and see how I am liking it. If we don't like it, we will sell it.

Of course I am OCD and I admit it but the top thing, come on... Just imagine anything, lets say a 100 bucks toy car for your child, would you accept it when it would look like that?

Again, I don't have any choice here. I will defenitly buy it and we will see everything afterwards.
