I took delivery of my '23 Big Bend 2-door MT at the dealer 2 weeks ago. I've put 1400 miles on it over the last 2 weeks, and hadn't noticed any issues until changing fluids on the MT today (BG Synco Shift II).

As I sat on my garage stool, I noticed that my fender flares didn't match. As it turns out, I have 3 normal flares for a BB, and 1 for a Squatch.

How does stuff like that happen? How does that get past Quality Control?

I'll be reaching out to the selling dealer tomorrow to see if we can get it resolved. At least it is an EASY swap....

So it took you two weeks, 1400 miles, and a tape measure to notice the issue. How much time do you think QA spends performing the inspection?

Must have been a Friday 4pm build! :ROFLMAO:

Someone had weekend plans and just slapped whatever fender flares were around on your Bronco!

LOL very true. Heck, I didn't notice until I was sitting there looking at what I need to do to install my Curt 4-pin trailer kit.

Sorry...but thats a little funny 🤣
But not...
Well back in the good-ole-days, you never wanted your vehicle buit on a Monday or Friday. Hung over on Monday's, and looking ahead to the weekend on Friday's. If this is the only issue I have getting my truck I'll be a happy camper. I understand your concern. This just brought back some of the old days at GM Truck and Coach.

That’s at least an easy one. It’s not like it’s two types of seats. Maybe the flairs are covered in plastic, that’s the excuse for the seats.

Heh... funny. I guess to be fair to the QA folks... you too didn't notice for 2 weeks. ;)

Anyway, stuff happens. When you are building nearly a thousand Broncos a day stuff slips through the cracks every so often. My Bronco ended up with four BFG KO2 tires, and the fifth tire mounted on the driver's front was a Goodyear Territory MT.

🤷‍♂️
