Would you be willing to share your design files for those of us learning CAD? I have access to a plywood CNC mill. I would like at the very least be able to place the bolt holes accurately.
I second that. I’d pay for the design file. Takes alot of time to make a proper template.

I don’t have a design file. I used cardboard and made a template till I was satisfied.

Excellent job. I am going to do something similar on my '23 4D Badlands + Sas. My variation will be single seat delete on the drivers (60%) side only. Still noodling on the design as I want to make space for a DC/DC charger, BMS and Lithium battery. I thinking to make use of AAL's M.A.S.S platform ($545 raw) as my sub-floor at the back. I also plan to build in a drawer using 10 Series T-slotted profiles and plywood. Also can't bing myself to spring the $1,500 for GG's plywood, and the "required" $1,250 for a 19x25x8 drawer.

Didn’t really like the idea of spending over a grand on Goose Gear’s rear seat delete platform knowing it’s just plywood and Raptor liner, so I built my own and am very happy with how it turned out.

Beautiful job! I did something similar, except I left the rear seats installed, folded up to make more room. I then build my box to level the floor, cut 3/4" plywood to fit the top, installed piano hinges to either raise up the forward portion so I can utilize the seat's if needed, or the back will lift up to access the storage created at the rear as well as the Bronco Storage Well where the jack is stored. I then carpeted all exposed surfaces and edges with tight knit carpet from a home center, looks factory. One thing that everyone seems aware of is the plastic surfaces in the Bronco do not wear well, mine are all scuffed up with use, OH WELL, its an off road vehicle. As beautiful as your pictures look, I'm sure have discovered the meaning of being well used.

Again Awesome presentation!

@luvmybronco how's the Raptor liner holding up?
Seems to be holding up well. Had the 2 dr packed for Super Celebration. It was squatted down pretty good. Has a few scuff marks from stuff sliding around but no scratches that I see

Damn, you were loaded down. Good to hear it is holding up. I am planning on using it for my platform, so we will see how it holds up to two Siberian Huskies.
